Prices at today’s prime cattle sale continued to trend dearer, with some categories up as much as 20c/kg. Demand for heifers was evident in the yarding of 5660, with feeder heifers up by 10 to 20c/kg and grown heifers 10 to 15c/kg dearer. There was a solid increase of 5 to 12c/kg for feeder steers. […]
