Supply of heavy weight lambs was limited at today’s sale, where prices were up to $40 a head cheaper compared to last week’s sale.
Light weight lambs sold from $105 to $142/hd, while trade lambs sold from $150 to $222/hd.
New season trade lambs sold from $159 to $217/hd.
Heavy weight lambs sold from $220 to $290/hd for crossbreds, and $275/hd for Merinos.
Hoggets sold to $220/head.
Agents presented a mixed yarding of mutton, where prices were back by up to $15/head.
Light ewes sold from $62 to $122 while better conditioned ewes sold to a top of $222 for crossbreds and $191/hd for Merinos.
Wethers sold to a top of $210/hd.
