Prices were cheaper across all categories at yesterday’s weekly sheep and lamb sale.
It was up to $18/head cheaper, with light weight mutton seeing the biggest decrease in price on average.
There was a big reduction in numbers week-on-week, with 27,900 yarded – 7400 head less than the previous week.
Making the top money was a line of heavy weight crossbred lambs from a Dubbo vendor, which made $283/head, sold by the team at Landmark Milling Thomas.
