COVID-19 Update: New health dec required

Dubbo Regional Council have released an updated COVID-19 health declaration form for use at the Dubbo Regional Livestock Markets, effective immediately. All entrants to the facility must complete this health declaration and provide upon entry. All entrants must have completed the online induction also. Both induction and updated COVID-19 health declaration forms are available here: https://www.dubbo.nsw.gov.au/livestock
